The Founder
Doug Smith, Managing Partner
Doug is a strategy consultant and business intelligence/data science thought leader with hands-on experience applying visionary approaches for startup & tech companies as well as the world’s largest private and public sector enterprises.
Doug is an architect and builder of complex, comprehensive enterprise roadmaps and strategic programs. He adeptly juggles requirements management and product development and has designed new measurement & metrics systems from scratch. He is seasoned in agile product management, passionate about leadership and building teams of brilliant team players who serve as trusted advisors. Doug has been at the forefront of outsourcing analytics both off-shore and onshore for the past 15 years and has decades of contract management and proposal development experience.
Doug holds a Master's Degree from Georgia Tech in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Virginia Tech. He minored in Organizational, Cognitive and Engineering Psychology.
